Sometimes, logic will fail you.
Sometimes, you will convince yourself that it was your fault.
Do not give in during these moments.
Push through them.
Force yourself to the other side.
Cry, scream, kick, break.
Fight.
And when you’re done,
eat, sleep, hydrate.
Refuel so you can rebuild.
Take your time, and treat yourself kindly.
Do what you must to survive.
